Hi! I'm Ms. Tasha and I grew up in Durham, NC. My kindergarten teacher inspired me to become a teacher because of the love she showed to her children daily. I've worked with children for over 10 years. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, going on picnics, and reading.

 

The most important thing for parents to know about me is that I believe parents are the best educators! I like to work with parents to help children reach their milestones. My favorite thing about teaching is the smiling faces I get in the morning at drop off and the relationships you make with families that last a lifetime.

 

My favorite children's book is The Very Hungry Caterpillar. My favorite activity in the classroom is doing art with different materials! My favorite children's song is anything by Kids Bop. I love to dance in the classroom! My favorite scripture is Psalms 78:2-4. "For I will speak to you in a parable, I will teach you in hidden lessons from our past."
